CENTRIFUGAL CASTING CATALYST TUBE
The centrifugal casting catalyst tube, characteristic of heat resistance and wear resistance, used on hydrocarbon steam reforming furnaces is widely used in oil refinery, chemical plants and the metallurgy industry, such as: DRI plant.
The Petrochemical Industry has a big demand for hydrogen. Over 90% of global refineries and chemical plants produce hydrogen by hydrocarbon steam reforming process. Hydrocarbon Steam Reforming Furnace includes: inlet manifold, reformer tubes, outlet manifold and up/down pigtail tubes. Reformer Tube is produced by centrifugal casting.
Furnace Tube: O.D: 50mm – 200mm, Wall Thickness: 5mm – 20mm.
Manifold: O.D: 100mm – 400mm, Wall Thickness: 10mm – 40mm.
